Club Administration
This section is dedicated for the use of Member Clubs, whether Full, Associate or Recognised.
Here you will find information and useful tools to help you, as a Club Official, to administrate your Sports Club. It has been created as a result of EUSU's Strategic Planning process, and is intended to assist Clubs as they strive to improve the delivery of their sport at the University.
¤ Structure
EUSU's overall structure as a Union is simple and clear, and follows a tried and tested format - with plenty of transparency due to its heavy student involvement, and with continued personal investment by sporting individuals. The structure helps to produce policy and financial decisions and ensures effective communication of information to, from, and between Member Clubs. As a sabbatical, the President will be in the Sports Union Office on a daily basis along with our permanent Sports Programme Manager, Adminstrator, Fixtures Adminstrator and Bookkeeper.

¤ Forms and Deadlines
Club Officers are reminded that some forms will not be made available online. Some forms require liaison and dialogue with the Sports Union Office, and these should be collected from and returned to the Office in person.
The forms which are available online ought to be word-processed before being returned to the the Office in person and in hard copy. All forms should be completed in good time and certainly before the deadline (as stated here and on the Sports Union Calendar). Late submission will, in some cases, result in a fine.
¤ Meetings
Similarly, some meetings, including the Treasurer's Workshop, General Meetings and the Annual General Meeting require attendance from each Club. Failure to attend may result in fine.
