• Arrive ten minutes before the session's advertised start time.
• Bring a towel / mat

PLEASE NOTE: Sign-up for this session will be availble from 25th October onwards. If the session is SOLD OUT, you can show up on the day, and if there are spaces 5 minutes before the session then they will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
