We welcome everyone so please don’t hesitate in coming to training and push your fitness even further.
We train five times a week and use a variety of training methods that will help benefit your overall performance. Types of training include: track and field, circuits, hills and plyometrics.

Please be aware, to join this club you must have purchased a Sport & Exercise Gym Membership, which is available HERE.
Should an individual require a refund – this can only be done by the club you have joined in cash or cheque (at their own discretion). The £5 Sports Union Membership cannot be refunded, and neither can the £1.75 transaction fee.
