Coach / Session Lead Registration

The form below was closed on Monday 20th October and no further late registrations will be accepted.
- To register as a Sports Union Coach / Session Lead, you should complete this online form.
- All coaches, deliverers, and / or session leads (both paid and voluntary) should complete this form.
- All coaches are now welcome to register for 2025/26
Reminder that all coaches must be officially registered before they will be granted access to Pleasance. If you have any coaches who have not yet completed their registration, please ensure they do so as soon as possible as the date has officially passed.

Next steps:
|
|
|
1.) If you are a paid coach, you should speak to your club about signing a services agreement. This should be signed by both the coach and the club and then submitted to the Sports Union via eusu.cva@ed.ac.uk. A template can be found here.
|
|
|
2.) Coaches / session leads will be added to the approved coaches list within a week of registration. You will be able to gain access to the relevant facility by giving your name, and showing a form of ID. Coach passes are no longer required, and do not exist.
|
|
|
3.) If you are a non-student coach and would like access to student-priced facility membership, you can do so by visiting the reception at Sport & Exercise, 46 Pleasance. Please ensure your club has confirmed your registration first.

|
|
|
|
