Heya!   

I am a 3rd Year Classics student and I'm also entering my 3rd year as Treasurer of the Sub Aqua Club. I currently sit on the Finance Committee and through the years I've loved collaborating with SU staff and volunteers to continue our Club development through wellbeing campaigns supported by both SU and external training.  

Now more than ever, Sport is so important to our mental health as a student body, and my university life wouldn't have been the same without it. So, I would love the opportunity to continue making Sport at Edinburgh more accessible and conscientious of both physical and mental health in the position of Wellbeing Officer. 

Manifesto 

As Welfare Officer I wish to: 

• Promote the election of a Wellbeing/Welfare Officer in every SU member club. 

• Run workshops on recognising mental ill health in club members and the necessary steps to ensure their wellbeing. 

• Organise wellbeing crossover events between similar sports. 

• Ensure easy accessibility of all mental health campaigns to all students. 

• Provide support for club Wellbeing/Welfare Officers.
