Judo is a japanese martial art and Olympic sport which:
• Centers around throwing your opponent to the ground with a combination of strength, dexterity and technique.
• Includes a groundwork element which emphasizes armbars, chokes and pins.
• Gives you the opportunity to engage in genuine physical combat with your opponent.
• Combines strength, cardio and self-defense training for a fantastic all-round workout.
Monday: 06.30 - 08.00 ; Conditioning and Judo related circuits GYM 2
Tuesday: 19.30 - 21.30 ; Judo practice GYM 3
Thursday: 19.30 - 21.30 ; Judo practice GYM 2
Saturday: 12.00 - 14.00 ; Judo practice GYM 2
Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions are lead by our head coach Nicky Thwaits, while Monday and Saturday sessions are lead by high graded club members
All sessions take place in St Leonards land
Please be aware, to join this club you must have purchased a Full Sport & Exercise Gym Membership, which is available HERE.
Should an individual require a refund – this can only be done by the club you have joined in cash or cheque (at their own discretion). The £5 Sports Union Membership cannot be refunded, and neither can the £1.75 transaction fee.
