Judo is a japanese martial art and Olympic sport which:
• Centers around throwing your opponent to the ground with a combination of strength, dexterity and technique.
• Includes a groundwork element which emphasizes armbars, chokes and pins.
• Gives you the opportunity to engage in genuine physical combat with your opponent.
• Combines strength, cardio and self-defense training for a fantastic all-round workout.

Saturday: 12:30 - 15:00
Our Tuesday and Thursday late sessions are lead by our head coach, while Saturday and Thursday early sessions are lead by high graded club members.

All sessions take place in St Leonard's Land Gym 2

Should an individual require a refund – this can only be done by the club you have joined in cash or cheque (at their own discretion). The Sports Union Membership cannot be refunded, and neither can the transaction fee.
