Please see some fantastic resources below from Believe Perform about ways to look after your physical and mental health during isolation. We know that coming to University can be a very nerve-wracking experience even in a normal year, and appreciate that your experience so far is probably not what you had imagined. Please remember that there are fantastic support mechanisms around you; your family, friends, Resident Assistants, University Student Counselling Service, The Advice Place, University Chaplaincy Listening Service as well as the staff at the Sports Union. We are all here to support you and ensure you get the most out of your time as an Edinburgh student.
