to bring you free yoga throughout 2018/19!
Stress is everywhere, particularly around deadline and exam time. If you're struggling with the pressure of your studies, and other responsibilities, then you might want to hit the mat and give yoga a try, for some well-earned rest and recuperation. Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate.
The sessions are completely FREE, and open to all students at the University of Edinburgh. So what are you waiting for?
