Equipment Fund
The Equipment Fund provides financial support to clubs with costly equipment that would increase the overall quality of the club.
Who can apply?
Sports Union clubs
What can be funded?
Essential sporting equipment, safety equipment, replacement equipment, etc.
Reserve Fund
The Reserve Fund provides financial support to clubs who have experienced unforeseen costs.

Sports Union clubs
What can be funded?
Costs incurred due to injury, extreme incidents and short notice cancellations, etc.
Loan
Loans are used as a last resort for clubs in dire financial situations and require emergency assistance from the Sports Union in order to maintain club activity.

What can be funded?
Loans should only be awarded for core sporting endeavours such as BUCS or other similar level competitions as well as instances where the solvency of clubs is in question.
Alumni Fund
The Alumni Fund is to facilitate club development, legacy building initiatives, or improving club performance and accessibility.

What can be funded?
Large equipment purchases, new facilities and facility access , subsidising coaching & training programmes, one-off training sessions, performance or development programmes
Coaching and Officiating Fund
The Coaching and Volunteering Academy (CVA) has launched this fund for clubs and intramural teams to gain support for individuals to obtain qualifications to help their club. Retrospective applicatons can be made outside of the application windows.
Who can apply?
Sports Union clubs (applying on behalf of club member(s));
Sports Union Intramural teams (applying on behalf of team member(s));
Applications for students and non-students are permitted.
What can be funded?
The coaching or officiating qualification course for an individual who is committed to contributing to their club/intramural programme for at least the 12 months ahead.
Representation Fund
The Representation Fund provides financial support to student athletes and officials who have been selected for high-level representative sport at international level events.
Who can apply?
Matriculated students who are members of EUSU via Sports Union Clubs
What can be funded?
Travel, accommodation and entry fees for eligible representative competitions. Funds are tiered based on the level of competition, with grants of up to £500.
Tier 1: Elite international competitions
Tier 2: High-level international competitions
Tier 3: University/SSS and other national or international representation
