Want to join an existing team? Visit Find a Team to browse the teams that have entered and are looking for new teammates!

Ready to enter your team? Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Read and agree to all competition rules and policies
2. Purchase your team entry via the "Products" tab above
3. Ensure all players have registered as an Intramural Sport member
4. Attend our mandatory Captains' Training in September

Membership Information

All players must have an Intramural Sport membership to take part - even if they only play once. To register as an Intramural Sport member, you must add the Intramural Sport membership on the right to your basket.

Please note, all Intramural Sport members will also be required to purchase a Sports Union membership. The Sports Union membership not only provides each individual with personal insurance whilst playing, it also opens up a variety of opportunities - including attending events such as Sports Ball. All Sports Union members can also utilise the Coaching and Volunteering Academy for personal and professional development with the added possibility of completing the Edinburgh Award. Please be aware that each team must meet the minimum number of registered players required, as follows:

• Badminton: 2
• Basketball: 8
• Football 5s: 8
• Football 11s: 18
• Hockey: 18
• Netball: 12
• Rugby: 25
• Squash: 8
• Tennis: 8
• Volleyball: 6
