Our Collective Committment to Inclusivity and empowerment.

Belonging and Support

We strive to ensure that every member feels welcome and valued. Our club leaders are trained and equipped to engage in active bystander and consent conversations to facilitate courageous and supportive interactions

Collective Responsibility and Education

We all share the responsibility to educate ourselves and others. We actively support clubs by signposting to organisations who can facilitate conversations to understand club cultures and explore how small consistent actions can make upstream change.

Open Communication

As a membership organisation, we value open and continuous dialogue. Please reach out with any feedback or concerns at the earliest opportunity. Where our goal is to listen, learn and enhance your experience.

Reporting

We are here to listen and help with any concerns you might have about our clubs, programmes, services or events. If you encounter or experience troubling behaviour you can report this to us via the Report + Support platform.

You can choose to report anonymously, where EUSU will monitor patterns of behaviour and to proactively intervene at a club or team level should patterns of behaviour emerge.

If you are comfortable sharing your personal details after submitting a report you will be contacted by a specifically trained member of staff who can support you further and discuss your options.

If you have shared your contact details and are willing to be named one of the options you may wish to consider a more formal request to investigate behaviour.
